For these we have developed:

Several containers’ denesters, adapted to work well with many different shapes of containers including clamshells.

A double linear weigh depositor feeding products directly in the containers sitting on embedded scale platens. This system allows us to install the vibrator outlets near the containers which gives a greater precision. Furthermore, by using two scales, we can control both the bulk and dribble filling simultaneously. This gives us greater speed over other linear scale for equivalent accuracy.
