The FDS1800 is an automatic filling, lidding and closing line.
, lidding The FDS1800 is an automatic filling, lidding and closing line specially design to work with industrial type pail and bucket. Its motorized closing tools can be supply with a pneumatically driven air removing wheel specifically develop for food manufacturers to make sure that the lid look concave.
The conveyor has a slippery tabletop plastic belt that brings already partially filled or empty containers to the optional filling position, or directly to the lid denesting & lid depositing unit.
The closing head’s variable speed conveyor has a sticky belt for traction to pull the container at the same speed as the bottom one under the pressure rollers.
This filling and closing line, can manage liquid and semi-liquid products, as well as dry, viscous or sticky products, and is made for round, square or rectangular open mouth pail or bucket, with or whitout tamper evidency button.
